Bryn-Y-Cae Residential Home for the Elderly is
situated on the Brackla Housing Estate, just a
few miles from the centre of Bridgend.
Comprises three distinct living areas. Two of these
cater for elderly but frail residents, whilst the third
area is designed for the special needs of the elderly
mentally infirm.
The overall aim of Bryn-Y-Cae is to encourage and
empower the service users to maintain their own
independence.
A range of core facilities including three lounges,
dining rooms, a large community room and small
private areas for rest and relaxation.

     Technical Details

Two fully automatic coal-fired boilers are located in
a central boilerhouse. Fired by Tower anthracite grains.
