Terms and conditions

1. General

1.1. Receipt of an order via the web site by Significant Covers does not constitute acceptance of an order by us.

1.2. The terms and conditions herein remain subject to change at any time by Significant Covers without notice to the customer.

2. Delivery

Delivery times quoted are estimates only, and Significant Covers shall not be liable for any delays howsoever caused.

3. Payment terms

All good must be paid at the time of order. In the event of late payment (for instance if payment is withdrawn by you card issuer after dispatch of your order), Significant Covers reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at an interest rate of 4% above the prevailing base rate of Barclays Bank plc.

4. Prices

All price lists, advertising matter or similar materials issued by Significant Covers are indicative only as to the price and range of products available from time to time and information contained therein shall not be binding in any way on us

5. Liability

Significant Covers' total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Significant Covers to the customer. Significant Covers shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from from a breach of duty in contract or any other way.

6. Returns

6.1. In opening the Product the Customer further agrees to be bound by our terms and conditions and is specifically referred to clauses 6.2, 6.3 and 6.4 hereunder.

6.2. Undamaged products cannot be returned. A full refund will be provided within 14 days if the goods turn out to be damaged or different from the customer's order.

6.3. Any damaged goods or discrepancies must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Any damaged goods to be returned to Significant Covers must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

6.4. A return authorisation number must be obtained BEFORE goods are returned, failing which returns will be refused. Please note that return numbers are valid for 14 days only.

7. Waiver

The failure of Significant Covers to enforce or to exercise, at any time, or for any period of time, any term of, or any right arising pursuant to, this Agreement does not constitute and shall not be construed as, a waiver of such term or right.

8. Legal Provisions

The construction, validity and performance of this Agreement are governed by the law of England and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

9. Local taxes and duties

Except for UK value added tax, local taxes and duties will be for the customer's liability.

10. Clause heading

Clause headings are for convenience only and do not form part of or affect the interpretation of this Agreement.
